JR Financial Solutions offers a comprehensive list of bookkeeping and accounting services. Unlike virtually every other accounting company, we do not offer a rigid suite of services that a prospective client must buy into. Although we offer services ranging from data entry bookkeeping through controllership functions, our clients decide the level of our involvement…not us! If a prospective client is interested in Cash Management, we do not mandate the retention of our other services such as Accounts Payable, Payroll, Inventory/Purchasing Management, and financial Consultation or Controllership.
As an example, let us look at family owned businesses. Comparable sized clients may request services at opposite ends of the services spectrum. One client may want nothing more than a monthly income statement detailing total revenues less total expenses (labor, inventory/product, and fixed/variable overhead). Another client may request a comprehensive cost accounting analysis detailing the approximate cost of delivering an entrée to the customer relative to the price. The client might also desire additional analyses to determine the frequency of purchase and the margin of profitability. Again, as we have mentioned above, the level of JR Financial Solutions involvement in a client's business is completely up to the client, and this level maybe increased or decreased at anytime by the client to fit their needs.
